Parents and Teens
Resolving Conflict
Conflict is a natural part of young people growing up. The teen years are times of many changes for teens and for parents struggling to figure out their relationships and boundaries.
At times, parents and teens become stuck in the conflict and struggle to find solutions and agreements. We offer support and tools to strengthen the use of effective communication to build relationships.
We offer support for parents and teens through:
Direct support through personal counselling
Parent support group
Information and referrals to services and resources
This service is open to all parents and teens struggling with conflict within the Shuswap area.
This service is confidential and supportive.
