We believe:

* The first level of community is the family and in the involvement of youth in the decision making of communities.

* The work we do must contribute to the development and choices of our clients and customers.

* Our work should “make a difference” toward positive change in our society.

* The customer has the right to quality service at all times.

The purpose of the society is to operate a youth centre which offers structured programs that are directed towards resolving problems that are faced by youth and to provide, administer and maintain a multi-use community facility for the benefit and use of the community.

Our beginnings in 2002 started with a goal of creating a sustainable access to resources for young people in the community.   Eight years later our centre vibrates with activity from seven the morning to well into the evening hours and our programs stretch throughout the Shuswap region.
